What can I expect at my free trial class? You will be joining a class with students at various stages in their jiu jitsu journeys. The instructor will welcome you onto the mat, and you will then carry out a warm up with our team. Normally a couple of different techniques will be demonstrated to the class, and you will then have an opportunity to drill these techniques with a partner. At the end of the class, the students will roll with one another, and you can either have a go, or sit it out and watch.
